15th World Guernsey Conference 2016 Proceedings
Guernsey NZ would like to thank the Guernsey Society Members and all of the attendees who helped make the 15th World Guernsey Conference 2016 a success.
If you are looking to register your Guernsey you are in the right place. Please download and complete the animal registration form below, and then submit it using our details on our contact us page.
You can name your animals on line using MindaPRO or entered manually via the Animal Detail Form, these can be obtained through MINDA. As you record each calf, you can write the name of each animal on this form. The names will be entered as part of the calf details and the animals can then be registered using these names. You must enter your herd prefix at the start of each animal’s name.
Note: When using the E-Registration option please do not enter the status suffix of each animal. Instead allow room for it within the 25 spaces when naming the animal. The computer inserts status suffix during processing.
You can request an AER form from MINDA to write in the name of each animal. An AER is pre-printed form recording calf, sire and dam information. The office will then manually enter the name and register each animal individually. Remember this is a chargeable form from MINDA and is only available for MINDA clients.
Multiple Registration Forms are available from the office and are useful if you want to register a small number of animals. You write the name of each animal on this form, the office will then manually enter the name and register each animal individually.
Send all registration forms to the office and if using option 1 please send an email to the office when this is done. All bulls will be registered manually using options 2 or 3 or you can complete their details on the back of the Application to register form that is sent to you.
On the left hand side of your screen there is a menu – this is called the wizard.
Remember: Do not enter the status suffix for any animal at the end of its name. The programme will do this automatically when the office completes the registration process.
You have 25 spaces to work with. This includes spaces, prefix and any suffix.
Put a space between your prefix and the rest of the name. If you don’t the programme will default the name as it will not recognise your prefix. Make sure prefix is spelt correctly.
